Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid aspects of the Service, you agree to the Membership Terms, as we may update them from time to time. Cut Draw, LLC (hereinafter Cut Draw) may add new services for additional fees and charges, or amend fees and charges for existing services, at any time in its sole discretion. Any change to our pricing or payment terms shall become effective in the billing cycle following notice of such change to you as provided in the Membership Terms.
You may cancel your Cut Draw account at any time; however, there are no refunds for cancellation after the date of purchase. If you cancel before the end of your billing cycle you will have access to your account for the remainder of the billing cycle. In the event that Cut Draw suspends or terminates your account or this Agreement for your breach of this Agreement, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any unused time on a membership, any license or membership fees for any portion of the Service, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else.Your Cut Draw account will continue in effect unless and until you cancel it, or we terminate it. You must cancel your membership before it renews each year in order to avoid billing of the next year’s dues to your credit card. Cut Draw will bill the yearly dues associated with your membership plus any applicable tax to the credit card you provide to us during registration (or to a different credit card if you change your account information).
To set the cancellation prior to the billing date, you must go into “My Account” once signed into your account on our site. From there, select “Manage subscription” from your My Account Menu and turn off your auto-renew.This will place your account in a “pending cancellation” state. It will not immediately cancel your membership, in case you change your mind prior to the billing date. You will not be charged for next year’s annual dues once in the “pending cancellation” state. If you want to completely close your account, email ask@cutdrawgolf.com.
