Wednesday May 2, 2021 – Good people consistently do great things. It’s just in their nature; they can’t help but to give more than they take. Everyone knows someone like this. And it’s funny, the more they give, the more they receive. It’s just the way the world works.
Justin Thomas is one of these people. Sure, he’s a fiery competitor on the course who occasionally let’s his emotions show. But, he’s a good person.
Since his PGA Tour debut back in 2014, JT has won 14-times, including a PGA Championship, FedExCup Championship, a PGA Tour POY award, and has made over $43 million in on-course earnings.
Needless to say, he’s in a position to give back. And, he’s doing just that.
You might remember Big Mike Visacki (shoutout UCF) after he went viral upon qualifying for the Valspar Championship a few weeks back.
Well, he’s in the headlines again.
When you bounce around from mini tour event to mini tour event doing everything you can to qualify for tournaments, sometimes the economics don’t back out. Throw in a few missed cuts and you’re really behind the 8-ball.
That’s no longer the case thanks to JT.
After playing a practice round together last Tuesday at the Charles Schwab Challenge, and clearly striking up some sort of friendship, a video emerged of JT handing Bike Mike a check.
What for? To continue chasing his dream.
Well fu*king done, JT. Well done.
